**The Opportunity**:
The FLG National Programs Coordinator works closely with the National Group Fitness Manager to create systems, processes, and documentation to support the launch and rollout of new fitness programs at Fitness & Lifestyle Group. The Programs Coordinator will also support the expansion of existing programs at club level.

**Key duties and responsibilities include**:

- Work with Head Programmers to ensure effective launches and roll out of all programs
- Support State GFMs to provide training and development to coaches and instructors
- Work closely with the content creation team and support as needed
- Identify opportunities for efficiencies in current processes
- Liase with the marketing team to support product delivery as needed
- Work with external agencies to support the roll out of product as required
- Ensure program delivery is in line with budgets
- Maintain knowledge management tools such as intranet and SharePoint sites
- Create reports that support product growth, viability, and program development

**About you**:
This role would suit a data-driven individual with highly adapted time management and task prioritisation skills. You will be able to spin multiple plates simultaneously and have highly developed orgaisational capabilities - with the ability to drive multiple projects. You will be highly collaborative, demonstrate excellent communication capabilities, and the ability to work with and lead multiple stakeholders across a range of disciplines to deliver successful business outcomes in line with our organization's mission and strategy.

**Knowledge, skills and experience**:

- Previous experience in managing project delivery within time and budget parameters
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects, and follow though issues in a timely manner
- Have demonstrated assertiveness and resilience in previous roles
- Well-developed problem solving capabilities and ability to take initiative
- Excellent organisation capabilities, both at an individual and team level
- High attention to detail
- High developed communication capabilities (oral and written) with the ability to in and lead a team
- Advanced IT/digital literacy - MS Office Suite (including Excel), SharePoint and MS Teams
