**The Opportunity**:
We have an opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Brisbane Support Office in a newly created Office & Group Execuitive Team Support role.
This role will see you performing a variety of tasks. Based on our front desk, you will be the first point of contact for team members and external guests visiting our Brisbane Head Office, ensuring everyone is greeted with a warm welcome. You will play a pivotal role in providing high-volume administrative support to our People & Culture team, assisting Executive level stakeholders, as well as playing a part in managing office logistics and events.
**Key duties and responsibilities include**:
- Exceptional customer service to visitors and team members
- High-volume, administrative support to our P&C team including systems support, processing new starters, and conducting visa checks.
- Diary and appointment management for our Executive team
- Managing travel arrangements for our Executive team
- Adhoc adminsitrative support for Executve team as required (such managing expenses)
- Act as a cultural ambassador and provide support in driving initiatives
- General office logistics such as mail, stationary orders, and other adhoc tasks as required
- Coordination of office events
- Managing inbound phone calls
**About You**:
- A self motivated team player, you are proactive and outgoing. You will also present with:
- Proven experience in a customer centric role
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Prior experience in diary and travel management
- Intermediate knowledge across Microsoft Office Suite
- Professional, friendly and warm telephone manner with the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Strong organisation and task prioritisation skills, with the ability to change task focus at short-notice
