The Role

Are you passionate about fitness, storytelling, and sparking meaningful engagement? We're looking for a confident communicator who can step into dual shoes:

Social Media & Admin Coordinator (Primary Focus)

  • Develop and execute creative, on-brand social media content across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
  • Capture authentic, behind-the-scenes glimpses of workouts, community moments, and member stories.
  • Manage member engagement—replying to social media messages, emails, and community enquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain the visual and tonal consistency that aligns with Fitstop's premium, performance-driven brand.
  • Grow digital reach, engagement, and community voice—showcasing why Fitstoppers love being part of the family.

Casual Group Fitness Coach (Secondary Responsibility)

  • Lead high-energy group sessions within our signature training blocks (Lift, Perform, Condition & Sweat).
  • Motivate and support small group teams, helping members feel welcome, guided, and challenged.
  • Bring enthusiasm, technical knowledge, and community spirit to every session.

Who You Are

  • Cert III in Fitness—completed or in progress.
  • Strong communication skills—comfortable creating engaging content, managing enquiries, and building relationships online and in-person.
  • Organised and proactive—you'll balance creative content, community engagement, and light admin tasks.
  • Personable, enthusiastic, and community-minded—you connect easily and elevate group energy.
  • Familiarity with basic photography or videography editing tools (e.g. Canva, Instagram Reels, smartphone editing) is a plus.

Role Details

  • Part-time: approx. 2-3 hours per day.
  • Weekend availability: every second Saturday morning.
  • Casual pay structure with opportunities to grow into a bigger role as the community expands.
