IT Project Coordinator Brisbane, West End

**The opportunity**:
**Fitness & Lifestyle Group**is on the lookout for a proactive and detail-driven IT Project Coordinator to join our team and help drive meaningful change across a diverse portfolio of technology initiatives. From planning and coordination to implementation and continuous improvement, you'll be embedded across all phases of project delivery-supporting innovation, streamlining operations, and helping us stay ahead in a constantly evolving tech landscape. While prior exposure to IT projects is a bonus, our top priority is finding someone with exceptional communication and problem-solving skills-someone who can confidently engage with a variety of stakeholders and help deliver meaningful business outcomes.

**Key duties and responsibilities include (but are not limited to)**:

- Provide administrative support for project operations as needed.
- Assist in preparing and coordinating project governance meetings.
- Help maintain standard project practices, processes, tools, and templates.
- Support stage gate reviews, checklists, and executive approvals.
- Monitor and report compliance with project policies and standards.
- Deliver project reports covering scope, status, cost, risks, and other key metrics.
- Maintain and manage project documentation, registers, and logs.
- Assist with change management, including training and L&D materials.
- Share knowledge and train other support team members.
- Join regular team meetings to discuss progress and resolve issues.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Support other ad hoc activities as required.

- Exceptional task and project management capabilities

- Proficient working with Microsoft Office Suite;

- Ability to document workflows and keep accurate records;

- Self-motivation and time management capabilities;

**Beneficial**:

- Experience to IT
- Exposure to project management or a PMO environment OR equivalent industry experience;
- Understanding of various project delivery methods, such as Prince2, PMI or Agile;
- Previous exposure to project management tools, such as Jira, MS Project, etc.
