Pro AV Solutions is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join our team in being responsible for all Accounts Payable duties for our Canberra office. Tasks will include, but not be limited to, processing, verifying, and posting receipts for goods sold or services purchased, managing all reconciliations and reimbursements, and providing all round administrative and clerical support to our Finance team. You will provide exceptional customer service and work closely with our team to polish your skills and become an integral part of the team. You will take pride in your work, be supportive to others and maintain the integrity and quality Pro AV Solutions has become synonymous with.

Our ACT branch is looking for an Accounts Payable Officer who possess the following attributes:

- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
- Available for approximately 30 hours per week
- Minimum 3 years' experience in similar role preferred
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, both verbal and written.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations in Australia
- Positive enthusiastic commitment to work and the achievement of results
- High level of critical thinking and attention to detail
- Strong PC skills and experience with relevant accounting software
