Key Details:

- The assignment requires 4-5 full working days per week, with flexibility provided.
- The role is based on-site in Braddon, ACT, ensuring direct interaction and collaboration.

**Job Title**:Accounts Payable.

**Duration**:2 weeks with possibility with extension or permanency in another role.

**Location**:Braddon, ACT

**Key Responsibilities**

Processing supplier invoices for residential building company
Using Accounts Payable Online Portal (Wareconnect - WC)
Matching invoice to correct purchase order
Allocating invoice to correct PO & cost code in WC
Setting correct workflow in WC
Correctly noting if invoice is 'as per PO' or if 'over PO'. If over PO then noting by what dollar figure invoice is over the PO
Assisting existing accounts team with admin

**Key Experience and Requirements**

Previous experience as Accounts Payable essential
Experience in MYOB or Wareconnect highly advantageous
Great attention to detail and accuracy
Can come in and hit the ground running
Happy to learn and grow

**Key Details**
