**Description**:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Customer Service Officer (Scheduling/Rostering) to join our team in Bundoora VIC, to support our Melbourne Team.
In this role, you will report to the Service Scheduling Coordinator, playing a key role in managing the scheduling of our support workers while delivering exceptional customer service to both clients and staff.
Your contribution is vital in upholding our SONA® (Happiness) values by ensuring a seamless experience for those we support.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver outstanding customer service to clients and staff.
Efficiently manage staff rosters to ensure timely and reliable service.
Collaborate with various departments to identify and implement efficiency improvements.
Work in alignment with BallyCara’s mission, vision, and values to foster a positive impact.
**Skills and Experiences**:
About You
We’re seeking someone who is highly organised, proactive, and passionate about delivering exceptional service. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced, people-focused environment, we’d love to hear from you
**What We’re Looking For**:

- Strong communication skills (written & verbal) and a customer-first approach.
- Experience in rostering/scheduling (preferably in home care or a similar setting).
- Certificate III in Human Services, Administration, or a related field (Diploma qualifications highly regarded).
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
- Experience in shared inbox management and team coordination to ensure client-directed care.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in IT systems and administration.
- A kind, positive, and compassionate nature, with strong emotional intelligence.
- Knowledge of community-based aged care services (desirable).

**Requirements**:

- A current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain one).
- COVID-19 vaccinations (2 doses).
