As a Managed Services Consultant, you'll support numerous clients, providing practical solutions to improve their CRM operational processes and campaign data production tasks. What this means is that important causes will get more revenue, so their causes will be better supported. Imagine getting up in the morning knowing that you’re making a real difference in the world.

You’ll be working in a flexible and family-friendly work environment that’s based on mutual trust and respect, ensuring that every team member feels valued and supported. Ideally this role will be 4 days per week, with 2 days in the office and 2 days from home, although if you’d prefer 5 days, we’re still keen to talk. You’ll also have access to 5 weeks annual leave as well as the days off between Christmas and New Year. Bonus

You'll collaborate with a diverse range of clients across various CRM, billing, and campaign management ecosystems. Your expertise in fundraising, CRM’s, together with your ability to identify opportunities for continuous improvement, will drive the success.

You’ll have a chance to make a difference.

You'll need an understanding of fundraising and supporter engagement, along with experience in fundraising CRM and/or data insights, and experience in either Salesforce NPSP, Raiser’s Edge, or similar platforms, as well as expertise in MS Excel. Ideally you’ll have some experience with PowerBI. If you don’t have all the above, that’s not a dealbreaker. What’s more important than hard skills is the cultural fit.
