Are you a passionate Datacenter Presales Solution Architect with strong pre and post sales skills? Join our growing team in Hobart and work with leading-edge networking, data centre technologies, Microsoft based solutions, and security solutions. We're seeking an enthusiastic individual who thrives in customer-facing environments, with a knack for understanding business needs and translating them into robust technical solutions.

You'll partner with talented Account Teams to bring our offerings to life—crafting innovative proposals, high-level designs, and tailored pricing that go beyond customer expectations. In this role you will:

  • Join forces with Account Executives across Australia to uncover new opportunities and deliver impactful solutions.
  • Craft compelling proposals and tender responses that blend technical expertise with commercial insight.
  • Stay ahead of the curve with deep knowledge of networking, data centre technologies, Microsoft based solutions, and security solutions, backed by up-to-date certifications.
  • Showcase the unique value of Data#3's solutions and why they stand out in the market.
  • Collaborate closely with customers to understand their business goals and shape solutions that drive real results.
  • Be hands-on post-sale—contributing to project reviews, issue management, and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Build trust and long-term partnerships by delivering excellence and exceeding expectations.

About You

  • You bring 5+ years of experience in presales, with a proven ability to engage and influence.
  • You're skilled at creating winning proposals and tenders, including managing complex pricing models.
  • You have demonstrated experience in networking, data centre technologies, Microsoft based solutions, and security solutions.
  • You're confident presenting solutions to both technical and business audiences.
  • You operate with integrity and a customer-first mindset.
  • You know how to leverage vendor funding programs to maximise value for clients and the business.
  • Relevant industry certifications highly regarded
