We are looking for a self-motivated Management Consultant for our company. The duties of this position include: helping organisations to solve issues; creating value; maximising growth and improving business performance for the betterment of all stakeholders, including the environment and the broader community.
- You have experience with delivering tasks on-time and on-budget and will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment;
- You have a consistent history of establishing excellent stakeholder relationships and handling short lead times;
- You live in Southern Tasmania and;
- You are a driven, highly dedicated, reliable and versatile person who enjoys problem solving and who gets their ultimate satisfaction from getting things done and achieving the mission.

**Hours**
- Immediate start
- Casual employment
- This role will require your flexibility and patience in regard to hours as we grow the business together in order to stabilise your workload and remuneration to your satisfaction
Casual employee hours will be reviewed regularly. Any person who shows a regular and systematic pattern is welcome to discuss the opportunity for conversion to permanent (part-time or full time) employment.

- Prepare written and financial reports relating to business development opportunities
- Consider and outline the scope of the work and develop the work plan and schedule(s)
- Build a business case outlining expected benefits, strategic fit, time and cost estimates
- Develop and deliver on your strategy using an under-promise/ over-deliver methodology
- Proactively identify and resolve any risks that may impair our clients or ourselves from meeting goals
- Develop the Honestally business, including taking ownership and driving forward new products and services lagging in the development pipeline
- Roll up your sleeves and get stuck into supporting businesses

Desirable:
- Strong computer skills (note that we are a paperless business)
- Experience with audit and accreditation
