Major Responsibilities will include:
**Logistics & Deliveries**
- Monitor the local deliveries calendar and communicate with sales teams when changes need to be made.
- Ensure interstate dispatch is assigned to the correct carrier.
- Monitor logistics bookings, ensuring goods are dispatched in a timely manner.
- Provide logistic quotations for all orders.
- Ensure logistics invoices are accurate prior to arranging payment.
- Lodge logistics claims as required in a timely manner, following up regularly to ensure a fast resolution.
- Manage local delivery issues, communicating effectively, timely and clearly with the showroom and warehouse teams.
- Ensure that orders are fulfilled accurately and and on time, ensuring that customer service levels are maintained.
- Ensure all product returns and recorded and followed up on a timely basis.
**Warehouse Operations & Inventory**
- Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatch of goods.
- Ensure that all goods are handled and stored safely and securely, ensuring all health and safety regulations are met.
- Develop and implement warehouse processes and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Monitor and analyse inventory levels, developing new plans to optimise stock levels and minimise waste.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all warehouse activities, including inventory levels and stock movement.
- Order warehouse packing supplies as required.
- Maintain a clean and organised warehouse environment, ensuring that equipment is properly maintained and repaired as necessary.
**Development & Staff Management**
- Conduct regular meetings to address recent errors and proactively correct mistakes.
- Provide the team with a daily, weekly and monthly priority list and goals.
- Identify areas for continuous improvement and develop plans to implement changes.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers, and negotiate contracts and pricing.
To be considered for this role, you will have the following:
- at least 5 years working in Warehouse and logistic environment, at least 3 years in management role
- Degree in Warehousing or other relevant area will be highly favourable.
- Solid understanding on OHS and warehouse operations
- Possess exceptional attention to detail
- working knowledge of furniture industry is a big advantage
- Ability to build relationship with internal and external parties
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment both in team and independently
- Ability to plan, prioritise and multitasks effectively on a daily basis

- Reliability and Flexible

- Possess exceptional communication skills

- Ability to work full time Monday
- Friday 9-5.30pm
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

**Experience**:
- Warehouse and logistic: 5 years (preferred)
