**About the Role**

As our **Warehouse Supervisor**, you’ll lead daily operations in a multi-client warehouse, ensuring efficient order picking, receiving, and inventory management You’ll drive team performance, maintain safety standards, and support continuous improvement initiatives to ensure smooth and efficient operations. You'll play a key role in optimising processes and maintaining high operational standards.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Supervise and lead a team of warehouse staff to achieve operational targets.
- Ensure efficient receipt, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Implement and maintain safety and quality standards across the warehouse.
- Assist in the development and training of team members.
- Support the Warehouse Manager in achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).

**What We're Looking For**:

- Previous experience in warehouse or logistics role, with supervisory experience.
- Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control.
- A focus on safety and continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
