Warehouse Manager- Anz

**Duties and responsibilities**:

- Supervising warehouse staff in daily activities, such as loading and unloading, transferring, sorting, stacking, picking, and packing, etc. Perform daily inspection of the warehouse grounds.
- Maintaining up to date physical, system housekeeping and bin integrity.
- Maintaining records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any necessary documentation.
- Provide warehouse related reports (daily, weekly, monthly) that be assigned by top management.
- Leading warehouse staff development, engagement and capability building initiative to achieve high performance team.
- Accountable to drive team to practice and adhere to areas related to Occupational, Safety & Health Acts.
- Lead daily cycle count/montly wall to wall count, reconciliation, and result analysis. Responsible to ensure the stock count process align to company policy and execution within control.
- Collaborate and communicate cross-functionally and coordinate efforts around process improvement.
- Coordinating and maintaining warehouse equipment, such as forklift, power pallet truck, etc.
- Coordinating with freight forwarders for outbound delivery to customers.

**Qualification & Skill Required**
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the same role
- Any university graduates
- Previous experience as a Warehouse Manager or a similar management position.
- Strong working knowledge of warehouse operations and management.
- Dependable and have excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication, interpersonal & problem-solving skills.
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment, such as forklift, power pallet truck, or pallet jack.
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook), for reporting.
- Experience in Oracle
