A household name, this Qld Statutory Authority delivers financial decision-making advocacy, education and financial services to its clients. Entering this role, you will utilse your high level of customer service and ability to communicate at all levels.

On a daily basis you will:

- Work with customers to develop a consultative and mutually respectful relationship that will create a sense of ownership regarding outcomes.
- Deliver clear and regular communication around set timeframes.
- Work collaboratively where possible with the customers support networks when making decisions in the best interests of the customer.
- Maintain a customer caseload including file management
- Develop a knowledge of the law as it applied to deceased estate administration, Trusts, Will and Power of Attorney in Qld.
- Work within a supportive team committing to your own and others health and safety in the office.

In this role you will be dealing with customers who may be dealing with grief, a disability, seen or hidden, or has reached a point of financial need where they require urgent assistance. A high level of professionalism coupled with the ability to remain calm, and efficient in urgent requests is tantamount to success.
