Hays has partnered with a leading provider of construction and strategic building maintenance services for the Queensland Government looking to expand their team in Toowoomba.

**Your new role**
As the Maintenance Support Officer you will be a member of the Maintenance Response Centre where the team provides a high level of customer service to a varied range of external clients (schools, public housing tenants, police etc.) by receiving and responding to maintenance service requests within a multi-channel environment. Your duties will include but are not limited to:

- Call Centre Operation
- Customer Service
- Answering incoming calls
- Assisting tenants with maintenance queries
- General Administrative duties
