Delivery Driver – Full Time

$34/hr + 14% Super | 40+ hours a week

Monday to Friday + Rotational Saturdays

We're looking for a reliable Delivery Driver to join our team delivering bread and various products to schools, aged care homes, hospitals, cafes, and supermarkets. This is a full-time, permanent position with consistent hours and runs — the same customers and routes every day, each day is planned and consistent.

Job Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Early starts (1:00am)
  • Picking and loading customer orders
  • Delivering bread and bakery products to our customers
  • Merchandising and packing customer shelves
  • Delivering up to 34 orders a day – fast-paced and physically demanding
  • Providing great service and building strong relationships with customers
  • Ensuring crates are promptly collected from customers
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and hygiene for vehicles and food products

Skills and Experience

  • Multi-drop and/or FMCG delivery experience – bread or milk delivery experience is highly desirable
  • MR truck licence (minimum)
  • Clean driving record
  • Good time management and organisation skills
  • Excellent knowledge of Toowoomba and surrounding area's
  • Proficient using phone web applications for proof of delivery
  • Able to work on your own and within a team
  • Physically fit and able to lift and carry crates and boxes up to 20kg
  • Friendly, with great customer service skills
