**What is a Business Traineeship?**
- Complete a Certificate III in Business through on-the-job training
- Be paid the national award rate
- One-on-one mentoring for the duration of your traineeship
- Excellent entry level roles with long term career prospects

**A week in the role may include **
- Administrative tasks such as communications, calendar management, ordering stationary and office supplies.
- Coordinating meetings including room bookings as well as catering and taking minutes.
- Handling incoming an outgoing mail and distribution.
- Liaising with colleagues and stakeholders both internal and externally, providing excellent customer service.

We hire for roles in State Government, with private organisations (such as Recruitment, Superannuation, Membership organisations, Schools and many others) - so each opportunity has a unique set of duties We will discuss opportunities with you that may be best aligned to your skills and career interests.

**About you**:

- Previous experience in a customer facing role is advantageous but not essential for some of our positions, others may be more back of house administration focused
- Great communication and organisation skills
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team
- Positive attitude with an eagerness to learn and follow instruction
