**The what**:
We're on a journey to revolutionise our business, and we're looking for someone with a hunger for bringing our vision to life. You will be an integral member of the retail brand team, contributing to driving profitable growth across our well known and loved brands.
We need to think big, deliver fast, and lead collaboration of cross-functional teams to deliver strategic business initiatives while step changing the way we approach brand management today through agile marketing practices.

**What you'll do**:

- Lead the Execution of Brand Strategy - to drive growth, long term equity & consumer and shopper preference
- Lead product extension and renovation projectsExecute high impact marketing campaigns to drive long & short-term uplifts
- Deliver the brand activation calendar, shopper activation strategy and integrated execution plans
- Align activation activities with Customer, Category and Brand strategies and align brand messages
- Input into the development of innovation plans for the brand
- What you need:

- 4+ years of brand marketing experience gained within the FMCG/Consumer Goods industry
- Degree qualified in a relevant discipline - Business, Marketing, Communications highly regarded
- Proven experience in leading cross functional projects
- Experience in brand equity, digital, social and Shopper activation campaigns highly regarded
- Strong internal and external stakeholder management
- Excellent management and development of innovation pipeline
- Proficient with MS Office, IRI and Quantium with strong numeracy skills
- Strong communication, negotiation and organisational skills with genuine passion for the consumer foods industry
