**About the role

Permanent full time opportunity to facilitate and manage the fleet acquisition, lease arrangements and fleet return and disposal processes across the Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital (RBWH), The Prince Charles Hospital (TPCH) and other Metro North Heath departments as required.

About you

To manage the passenger, commercial and special vehicle fleet across Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital (RBWH), The Prince Charles Hospital (TPCH) and other Metro North Heath departments as required, ensuring cost effective utilisation of vehicles, fit for purpose requirements and compliance with QFleet leasing terms and conditions.
Utilise the Electric Vehicle (EV) management system Exploren to monitor the status and behaviour of EV charging stations and carry out fault notification procedures as required.
Maintain a vehicle information database for all vehicles managed to control fleet management functions such as vehicle location and business contacts, booking and usage, traffic infringement notices, accident and insurance claims and returns and disposals.
