Downer is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive **Fleet Coordinator - Investments**to join our dynamic Fleet team. This role is pivotal in managing the end-to-end lifecycle of fleet assets across Australia and New Zealand, with a strong focus on procurement, compliance, supplier coordination, and data accuracy.

You’ll be working closely with Fleet Managers, Operational Managers, OEMs, and suppliers to ensure timely and accurate asset acquisition, activation, and reporting. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy working with large datasets, and have a knack for process improvement, this is the role for you. Based in our Brisbane QLD office.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate requisitions, asset creation, and tracking progress for assets
- Manage short-term rentals, fuel cards, EROAD setup, branding, and delivery logistics
- Ensure lease activations are accurate and processed efficiently
- Maintain datasets, rental reports, and financial tracking sheets
- Process VRFs, quotes, and approvals for new fleet assets
- Monitor build progress, delivery schedules, and service module updates
- Champion data accuracy and support audit processes

**What you’ll bring**
- Previous experience in fleet, asset, or logistics management
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Experience with ERP systems (JDE, SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Proven ability to manage supplier relationships and procurement processes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to work with large volumes of data and maintain accuracy
