**About the role**

- Then you might be our next Plant Manager to join our Altona Team- Location: Altona, Victoria, Australia- A Brief Summary of the Role- Manage all aspects of EHS on the site and commitment to implementation of Etex Australia’s environmental management policy, with particular emphasis on waste reduction and energy management.
- Development and implementation of annual budgets and active involvement as a leader of the Plant Management Team.
- Achievement of the plants budgeted performance efficiencies as a minimum requirement.
- Supervise and maintain a unified culture with the Production, Technical, Distribution and Maintenance teams.
- Commitment to creating collaborative and constructive environment with all stakeholders to seek win-win outcomes
- Effective and continuous support of the “best practice” philosophy in all areas of manufacturing.
- Effective representation of Etex Australia’s industrial relations and policy communication to all production personnel.
- Optimisation of process and equipment, including energy and raw materials consumption.

- Dependable leader with strong interpersonal and self-motivating skills
