**About the Opportunity**

This is an exciting career opportunity for an **EHS Manager**to be based in our Altona plant. You will play a critical part in contributing to our vision that “we all go home safe”. As part of a National team and reporting to the APAC Regional EHS & Sustainability Manager, your key responsibilities are:
Ensuring consistency of EHS management with the National and APAC regional approach; supporting roll out of EHS programs including focus projects

Follow through on incidents, investigations and corrective actions including reporting; as well as contact with regulators and government bodies

Conduct audits supporting maintenance of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 certification and completion of EHS reporting, dashboards and analysis of statistics

Roll out and compliance with standards, completion risk assessments, and development of standard work; always taking a risk based approach

**About You**

Minimum of 3 years’ experience within the manufacturing or similar industry

A relevant tertiary qualification in Science or Engineering is highly desirable

Experience in delivering training would be well regarded

Must enjoy working collaboratively with others and work well within a dynamic and diverse team to drive and deliver results

Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills

Expert computer literacy is essential

Must be passionate about Safety and driving cultural change
