**Our Client**

International freight forwarding, customs brokerage and logistics provider who provides their customers with effective solutions that are specifically tailored to the customer's individual needs.

**The Position**

Control end to end export processes:

- Receive and make export bookings for sea and air cargo
- Request Export Permits, lodge EDN's and PRA's
- Arrange collections and deliveries of empty containers
- Co-ordinate deliveries of containers to the terminals
- Prepare and issue invoices
- Liaise with the interstate and overseas offices, warehouses, suppliers/manufacturers and agents
- Issue export documentation and liaise with quarantine for correct documentation and issues
- Finalise and close job files

**The Requirements**

Demonstrate strong knowledge and experience in:

- Export sea and air freight with a freight forwarder within the Australian market
- Strong and professional communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Problem solving skills and adaptable attitude
- Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
- Superior service to meet client requirements
- Organised and enjoy working in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work as a team and autonomously
- Must be an Australian Citizen or Australian Permanent Resident
