**Service Technician -**
**Boilermaker trade **to join the team. The role will be offered on a permanent full time basis working day shift, Monday to Friday.

**About the Role**

The Service Technician offering a boilermaker trade will be responsible for Servicing of the Pacific National Locomotive Fleet and Corrective Maintenance Repairs. Minor and Major fabrication repairs, modifications and Installation of components as directed by the Site Supervisors.

**About You**

To be considered for the role you will possess the following skills, experience and attributes:

- Trade qualifications - Boilermaker or welding tickets
- Previous experience within a large workshop or heavy maintenance environment desirable, ideally within the rail industry
- Experience in Arc & MIG welding
- Bridge and Gantry Ticket desired but not essential
- High levels of attention to detail
- Current Australian Drivers Licence
- Strong safety awareness
- The ability to work within a team and unsupervised
