**Key Responsibilities**
- Write and implement a strategy that will allow us to double our licensing revenue in the next 4 years.
- Define the role of licensing for each brand, as well as its short term and long-term growth potential in partnership with individual brand teams
- Increase the Brand Worth through Merchandise: Partner with agencies and licensees to design, develop, sell and promote new goods and services
- Maintain the standards of excellence and execution for licensing within the territory including best practices for agency and partner selection, asset management, product approval and quality assurance
- Liaise with brands and legal teams, manage all approvals for new products
- Working with our Legal Team, put in measures to best protect our IP from incorrect and unauthorized usage
- Negotiate, set-up and implement the ongoing online management of all our licensing programs, allowing to track live any approvals from brand team

**About You**

Success in this role will come from demonstrated experience within the Licensing industry and a deep understanding of how licensing works. You will have a growth mindset and a proactive approach to your work and goals.
- A true self-starter who thrives when working in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional experience within corporate licensing
- Demonstrated experience increasing brand worth through merchandise in a retail and eCommerce capacity
- Intellectually curious about brand extensions and merchandise as they relate to FMCG
- Strong track record working in licensing management, retail buying or similar industries
- Excellent strategic and analytical thinking skills
