LHA undertakes a range of licensing, compliance and enforcement activities, maintains public registers and conducts research and education in accordance with the _Labour Hire Licensing Act 2018 _(Vic) (Act).

**About the Division**

The Regulatory Operations Divisions includes our licensing, legal, communications, engagement and enquiries functions which aim to deliver organisational strategic objectives that protect vulnerable workers against exploitation and improve transparency and integrity in the labour hire industry.

The Licensing Manager will also support the Enquiries Officers and Licensing Officers in our focus on stakeholder engagement and the provision of timely and accurate educational information, guidance, advice and support.
