**The Opportunity**

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced conveyancer who loves team-work and is keen to continue pursuing a career in conveyancing.

They are on the search for a licensed conveyancer who can provide their expertise to assist with contracts and section 32 advice. As this is a growing company, there is room for career growth and progression in the future and an opportunity to gain experience in different areas.

Responsibilities and duties of this role include (but not limited to):

- Assistance with contracts and section 32 advice
- File management
- Reviewing various documents and files
- Managing transfers
- Liaising with clients and stakeholders
- General Conveyancing responsibilities

Note that additional training will be provided where required.

**About you**
- 3 + years’ experience
- Able to work full-time
- Speaks a second language (not essential)
- A great team player with a positive attitude
