We currently have an exciting opportunity for an **Advisor - People Operations** to join our Brisbane based People & Culture Team on a permanent basis.

Reporting to the Senior Manager - People Operations in Perth, you will provide advice and support on various HR related matters whilst partnering with our leaders to enhance our culture and support our people.

**Key duties will include, but are not limited to**:

- Providing coaching, support and advice to the business on all people related matters including recruitment & selection, learning & employee development, compensation & benefits, employee relations, resource planning, talent management and organisational change
- Providing support and guidance to Leaders and employees on succession planning, employee development, change and organisation design
- Driving and supporting the DRA culture and collaborating with the wider business and members of the People & Culture team to develop and implement HR initiatives and programs
- Collaborating with the wider People & Culture team to design, implement and monitor compliance with HR standards
- Assisting employees and Leaders with the interpretation of conditions of employment and entitlements in accordance with contracts and relevant industrial instruments
- Providing support and guidance to Leaders and employees on disciplinary related matters, including resolution of grievances and conducting HR investigations

**You will have**:

- Demonstrated experience working in a HR Generalist role and relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a similar related discipline
- Extensive knowledge of Australian Employment Legislation
- A passion to drive continuous improvement and build an inclusive team culture
- Excellent communication and consultative skills, with the ability to work collaboratively or independently
