- High Street East Maitland
- Permanent Part Time
- Two (2) days per week
- Set days - Thursday + Friday
- 8.30am - 5.30pm (Work an 8.5 hour day - 2 days a week)
- Ideally be able to do additional hours to cover planned and unplanned leave

**About Us**: We are a busy Hand Therapy Practice located in High Street East Maitland.

The main duties will be those of a medical reception person and include;
- Warmly greeting patients on arrival
- Processing patient payments (Medicare, DVA, Workers Comp)
- Booking patients with therapists and changing appointment times
- Filling gaps in Therapist bookings / days
- Opening and closing the Practice
- Daily reconciliation / banking and post
- Accounts receivable
- Chasing debts
- Ordering admin supplies - unpacking orders
- Cleaning and tidying the premises
- Assisting with some minor duties and set up to assist the Hand Therapists
