**As a result of exciting business growth, we are seeking an experienced medical reception person who is capable of taking on a leadership role.**

The Hand Therapy Centre is located in East Maitland and also has a Clinic in New Lambton

This role is based in East Maitland.

The main duties will be those of a medical reception person and include;
- Warmly greeting patients on arrival
- Processing patient payments (Medicare, DVA, Workers Comp)
- Booking patients with therapists and changing appointment times
- Filling gaps in Therapist bookings / days
- Opening and closing the practice
- Daily reconciliation / banking
- Accounts receivable
- Ordering admin supplies - unpacking orders
- Cleaning and tidying the premises
- Assisting with some minor duties and set up to assist the Hand Therapists

**Leadership Role**
- Liaise closely with the Director, Felicity Thorley and the Group Practice Manager
- Assist with set up of new business strategy meetings
- Updating Policy & Procedures
- Plus loads more to make this role interesting, exciting and challenging.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Supplemental pay types:

- Annual bonus
