Parks Victoria's IT Services Branch is looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure manager to lead the IT Infrastructure team in the administration and management of IT Infrastructure services and products.

**About the role**

As the IT Infrastructure Services Manager at Parks Victoria, you'll leverage your expertise in IT infrastructure and people management to deliver high-quality IT services across a diverse range of technologies. With a focus on $1.8B in assets, you'll oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring ITIL best practices, Agile/SCRUM methodologies, and successful project delivery. You'll lead and mentor a high-performing team, prioritising work, managing capacity, and ensuring skills are up to date. In addition, you'll manage vendor performance, track budgets, and ensure compliance with policies. With responsibility for technology availability, reliability, security, and resilience, you'll drive the infrastructure strategy to meet business needs while fostering excellent customer service. This is an ideal role for an outcomes-driven leader passionate about IT infrastructure and service delivery.

**We're looking for someone with**:

- Expertise in IT Infrastructure management, across a broad range of technologies and services.
- Strong people and team management experience.
- Experience in managing vendors, suppliers, contracts, and budgets.
- Expertise in IT Industry frameworks and best practices, including ITIL, project management, Agile, product management, and IT Security; with an ability to navigate overlap and conflict between models, frameworks, and best practices.
- Strong analytical skills and problem management capabilities
- An excellent customer service and outcomes focused view, with a passion for service excellence and quality, balanced with pragmatism and delivery.
