**About the Role**:
This is a Permanent Full Time position within the IT department. Are you a strategic leader with a passion for optimising ICT infrastructure? The Royal Children's Hospital (RCH) is seeking a Manager of Infrastructure & Cloud Services to drive technological innovation and ensure continuous operations.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Strategic Management: Ensure continuous, seamless functioning of critical ICT infrastructure aligned with hospital objectives.
- Team Leadership: Lead and coordinate infrastructure and DBA teams, optimising performance.
- Continuous Improvement: Enhance infrastructure performance using emerging technologies and best practices.
- 24x7 Availability: Maintain processes to ensure around-the-clock infrastructure availability.
- Strategic Planning: Align infrastructure services with RCH's long-term strategic goals.

**Your skills and experience**:

- Tertiary qualification in IT or related field with several years of industry experience, including 8+ years in IT roles
- Demonstrated communication and problem-solving skills in a complex technical environment
- Demonstrated experience in implementing modern ways of working and influencing change effectively
