**THE WHO, THE WHAT AND THE WHERE**

This agency are industry leaders that can offer you stability, flexibility and a down to earth office environment. There are two office locations; Northeast and Northern suburbs, and you can take your pick of where you would like to be based. Free parking at both sites.

It’s an open plan office and the people are friendly, welcome and supportive. We would say they are quite laid back, but also innovative. It’s not your usual real estate office.

**WHAT’S INVOLVED?**

Both roles are end-to-end property management. Here’s what else you need to know:
**Opportunity #1 - Northeast location**
- 80% of the portfolio is in the postcode of the office
- Currently a portfolio of 160 properties
- You will have the support of a PM assistant to help with admin and inspections
- PCR’s are outsourced, you will just have to update them as required
- There is an in-house trust accountant and BDM, so you don’t need to worry about any of that
- The rest is general property management tasks (maintenance, lease renewals etc.)

**Opportunity #2 - Northern location**
- 90% of the portfolio within 5km radius of the office
- It’s a smaller portfolio so the assistant is not included but don’t stress, it’s manageable
- PCR’s are outsourced, you will just have to update them as required
- No need to worry about trust accounting or BDM
- General property management tasks (maintenance, lease renewals etc.)

**DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?**

If you’re picking up what we’re putting down, you’ll already understand you need to be a team player with the right attitude. You will also need a drivers licence, a reliable car and your own phone. A few other things we will be looking for:

- Kindness, and just being a good human
- Sky high attention to detail - you triple check everything
- Crystal clear communication
- Open minded and adaptable in terms of new processes and innovation ways to do business
- A good understanding of the property management legislation is a big tick
- Excellent time management and organisation skills
