In the realm of industrial and office property management, our client undertakes comprehensive professional responsibilities, including operational management, staffing, cost control, maintenance, financial transactions, tenant relations, and the oversight of daily and long-term functions.

**The Opportunity**
We're seeking a Residential Property Manager to join our clients' Northbridge based team in Perth, WA.

**What you'll be doing**:
You will be responsible for the overall management of residential properties, working independently and as part of our team.
- Portfolio management
- Building and maintaining relationships, providing a high level of customer service to your clients
- Liasing with property owners & trades contractors
- repairs & maintainence
- Liaising with tenants - inspections, property condition reports, leases

**What's on offer**:
This is a secure full time permenant postition with a small professional team.
- Mon-Fri, 9am - 5pm
- $65-$75KPA + Super
- Allocated parking bay
- Fuel allowance

**Skills & Experience**:

- Minimum 2+ years experience in property management;
- Current Property Management Licence;
- Commercial property experience (preferred);
- Essential working knowledge of Property Tree and/or other related systems; and
- Excellent Communication / Interpersonal / Organisational Skills
- Current AU drivers licence
- **The right to permanently live & work in Australia**
