This role would work closely with clients ensuring the best possible customer experience. Our client offers true flexibility with a hybrid working model. This is a fast-paced role that requires someone who is a problem solver with a solid work ethic that can work efficiently and effectively to achieve desired business outcomes.
- Manage in-bound and out-bound customer and client enquiries and updates.
- Provide front end support and remote trouble shooting for clients and customers.
- Coordinating billing, invoicing and credit management.
- Working with telephone systems, case management systems and Salesforce to input data and help with customer queries.
- General administration tasks including data entry and reporting.
- Work collaboratively with team members to identify improvement opportunities and drive positive change throughout the workplace.
