We are currently seeking a People Operations Coordinator to join our site based at **Olympic Dam, South Australia.**

This is a full time position. The role of the Site HR Officer is to provide information and administration support in all areas of the HR Life Cycle within a multi-site operational team (Villages, Maintenance & Mine Site) in an efficient and timely manner.

Key duties:

- Provide Operational HR in supporting site recruitment requests eg Upload PageUp requests (new employees, contract variations;)
- Payroll Champion (and Payroll back-up), educating employees to understand Payroll
- Source and book training as required
- Develop & oversee site onboarding (run Buddy program & site orientation, including issuing name badges & uniforms
- Perform other duties within his / her capabilities as required by the Senior Project Manager/People Operations Manager
- Support site operations in utilising People & Safety systems& data such as Deputy, PayGlobal
- Follow company policies and procedures

The Person**:

- Experience in the provision of superior customer service
- Team player and able to work autonomously
- Flexible approach and attitude
- Able to work effectively with competing priorities
- Empathetic approach and desire for supporting others
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and high level of computer literacy
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong prioritising planning and organisational skills
- Minimum Cert 4 HR Qualification (or working towards)
- Previous FIFO experience
