Support the delivery of day to day HR Operational activities and contribute to the success of our people and work with purpose.

**Job Description**:
**Your New Role**

We are looking for a motivated HR Coordinator seeking variety and challenging work to support business operations and integration.

**Key responsibilities of the role include**:

- Provide first level HR information and advice, triaging and coordinating responses as required
- Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes including new starter paperwork, facilitating inductions and conducting exit interviews
- Supporting the administration of the employee life cycle: role changes, transfers, and changes to conditions of employment
- Maintaining HR records and employee files
- Meeting, catering and event coordination, travel arrangements and office support as required
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives as required

- You have the ability to work under pressure and priority tasks to meet deadlines
- You have exceptional written and verbal communication skills coupled with attention to detail
- You’ve had exposure to HR systems
