We are a small, well established (23 years), family mortgage broking business priding ourselves on old school customer service. This has resulted in ongoing referrals from past borrowers, including multi-generations from the same families.

We are passionate about helping our customers reach their financial goals and working with them during the most exciting and stressful times of their lives.

We are looking for a reliable and committed professional to partner with us, who is as passionate as we are about the personal/quality service we have built our reputation on. You will be confident and experienced to manage a mortgage broking office, including the loan process completely, with a view of managing future staff.

You can take care of and care for our customers and staff when we can’t and we can rely on and trust you completely.
- Manage the loan process from submission through to settlement;
- Be responsible for customer loans and any staff members.
- Handle enquiries from clients.
- Prepare thorough file notes for loans.
- Prepare loan servicing calculators.
- Request and confirm accuracy of all required supporting documents.
- Constant communication with all relevant parties
- General Office duties as required including:

- Answering phone
- General maintenance of existing loans
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate client records and files
- Identify issues and independently seek a resolution.
- Follow and ensure staff follow procedures and be looking to improve client services
- Maintain confidentiality and act with discretion

This role requires an experienced and outgoing professional with minimum 5 years local (Australian) mortgage lending experience and preferably a cert IV in mortgage broking or better.
- Exposure to a diverse and friendly client base, including first home buyers, investors, self employed and many more.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
