**What you will be doing**: - Oversee day-to-day operations of a team, creating an inspiring environment with an open communication culture, setting team and individual goals, delegating tasks, setting deadlines, monitoring team performance, reporting on metrics, providing workplace coaching, building capability and motivating staff. Coordinate, design, deliver and evaluate learning and development initiatives and projects, framework development and process improvements. Support the growth of capability across the network by supporting quality customer outcomes through building the capability of staff to provide person-centred services. Build and maintain relationships as to understand needs and to manage the design and delivery of learning solutions to meet those needs. Work effectively as a part of a broader leadership group, providing timely and expert advice to senior management and other business areas, on a range of strategic issues relevant to objectives and performance. Provide high level analysis, advice and recommendations of innovative approaches to new trends and issues that support effective learning and development activities and opportunities. Prepare and coordinate correspondence, briefings, speech notes, reports, information papers, submissions, protocols, policies, processes, project plans and briefs, and other relevant documentation. Get things done through strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and meeting deadlines. Lead and ensure you establish and maintain a workplace safety culture by ensuring that all policies and practices concerning Workplace Health and Safety are applied and a part of day to day operations.Applications to remain current for 12 months.This work is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 Australia License.
