**Business Travel Coordinator**

Due to major growth we have an exciting opportunity for a Business Travel Coordinator to provide first class customer service to our people as they place and manage travel bookings. As the Business Travel Coordinator you will support the business by ensuring our approach to travel is holistic, compliant and value for money.

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Maintain a process for quoting, reviewing and facilitating approval of travel bookings
- Coordinate group travel bookings for our staff and events
- Monitor and control bookings to ensure compliance with travel policy and guidelines
- Review self booked travel and ensure most time and cost effective routes are selected
- Prepare monthly/quarterly travel calendar and reports as required
- Maintain a travel intranet page
- Manage travel platform logins, customise role access, approval workflow and general maintenance
- Contribute to the travel policy and guidelines to ensure it is robust
- Provide administrative support to the COO, including diary coordination, meeting room bookings, document preparation

**What you will bring to the role**:

- Experience managing a retail, corporate or internal travel booking desk
- Experience booking international, multi location group flights
- Experience supporting senior leaders
- Understanding of hotel and resort inventory management systems
- Thorough understanding of travel insurance policies and claims processes
- Strong time management and organisation skills and ability to multitask and prioritise work
- Attention to detail and proactive problem solving skills
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
