Event Travel Management (ETM) represents a complete service for all Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Events (MICE), including face-to-face, virtual and hybrid event solutions. **ABOUT THE ROLE**
As a member of the Event Travel team, your purpose will be to deliver on one of ETM’s core values; “Exceed to Service”. As with all our positions, service is the focus of managing clients’ international and domestic travel and event arrangements. This could include air travel, accommodation and/ or full event management to ensure all experiences are successful. The percentage of international to domestic workload will depend simply on what our current and future clients are requesting and the external economic conditions

**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
- Minimum of 3-5 years demonstrated travel management experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of Domestic and International group fares and systems preferred
- Sound knowledge of Sabre and Tramada essential
- Strong understanding of the travel industry and suppliers
- Project management experience across various industries preferred
- Experience in adhering to guidelines, legislation, and compliance requirements
- Ability to work and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in working within a team to achieve proven successful results
- Knowledge of event software and systems, preferred but not essential
- Exceptional time management skills and attention to detail is essential
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
