**ABOUT THE ROLE**
As an ETM Travel Specialist you will be a key player in ensuring the success of end-to-end domestic and international travel for our clients. Your responsibilities will encompass end to end client travel management; booking group flights, coordinating accommodations, arranging transfers and producing personalised travel itineraries. If you excel in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent multitasking abilities, this position is perfect for you

**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
- Minimum of 3-5 years demonstrated travel management experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of Domestic and International group fares and systems preferred
- Sound knowledge of Sabre and Tramada essential
- Strong understanding of the travel industry and suppliers
- Project management experience across various industries preferred
- Experience in adhering to guidelines, legislation, and compliance requirements
- Ability to work and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in working within a team to achieve proven successful results
- Exceptional time management skills and attention to detail is essential
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
