**The Opportunity**:
Reporting to the Team Leader, the Accounts Receivable Collections Officer will be required to:

- Build solid relationships with external stakeholders including major accounts.
- Manage a significant ledger, debtor reconciliations and ad hoc administration.
- Process credit requests, credit notes and allocate daily banking payments.
- Engage with clients to resolve internal and external queries.

**Essential Requirements**:

- Significant experience in accounts receivable/ collections roles.
- Strong knowledge of debt collection processes, practices & methods.
- Experience in the use of accounting systems & intermediate Excel skills.
- A friendly and supportive communications style to build stakeholder relationships.
- Strong attention to detail, organisational & time management skills.
- Able to work with a high level of autonomy in a busy finance team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Community services experience & knowledge of NDIS is preferred, but not essential.

**Other**:

- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or Valid DHS Disability Screening)
- Current Unrestricted Driver's Licence
- Full COVID vaccination or exemption
