**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**
- Reporting to the General Manager
- Managing the Freight Forwarding Operations
- Building positive relationships with stakeholders
- Strategizing to build the branch
- Placing effective financial controls in place
- Representing a successful brand in a professional manner

**TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE YOU WILL HAVE**
- Tertiary qualifications
- Substantial local International Freight Management experience
- Experience negotiating with a broad variety of stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills to develop and lead a team
- The natural drive to excel across all company expectations
