You’ll be joining a company with a truly modern attitude with a growth mindset. **The Opportunity** Due to recent structural changes and new business acquisition this Global Freight Forwarder they are in need of an experienced Customer Service operator to manage a portfolio of clients. This role sits within a friendly and effective customer focused team has an encouraging and supportive manager based in NSW. **Responsibilities** - Interact with a set portfolio of clients and manage the relationship - Purchase order management - Increase and grow client potential - Will attend client meetings with Account Managers **To be considered** - Experience working for a local Freight Forwarder - Strong customer services skills with ability to provide logístical solutions to comprehensive requests - Ability to effectively interact with all internal/external stakeholders - "Can do attitude" with high attention to detail and ability to work under pressure - Self-starter who can take ownership of clients and use initiative to problem solve **Salary**:$85,000 + Super (for the right experience) **WFH**: 2 Days per week **Location**: Pinkenba Alternatively, please contact Nicole Reynolds on 0459 100 306 for a confidential discussion
