**About the role**
Our client is a market leader in their field and are experiencing large growth so it is a very exciting time to join the business. As the Accounts Receivable Team Lead, you will have 3 direct reports and be responsible for managing the accounts receivable function.

This role will suit a highly motivated and driven individual who can mentor and lead the team to success.

**Position Description**
Reporting into the Finance Manager, the role will involve the following responsibilities:

- Lead and provide guidance to the AR team
- Manage the AR function from start to finish
- Processing of a high volume of invoices, ensuring the correct coding, including allocation to cost centres and projects.
- Review of reconciliations of accounts receivable related balances.
- Review and report on aged receivable balances.
- Minimise the balance of outstanding accounts
- Collaborate with the broader business to identify and develop areas for improvement in the recovery of debts
- Driving process improvement and supporting automation projects around invoice processing and payment required to support the future growth of the business.
- Management of relationships with suppliers and clients
- Establish and maintain individual KPIs
- Month-end reporting
- Prior experience in a similar role
- Working knowledge of Microsoft excel (including pivot tables, vlookup, sumif) and accounting systems / procedures
- Experience with SAP Business One ERP system is a plus.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work proficiently in a high volume environment
- Excellent system orientation and problem solving skill
- High level time management skills & the ability to meet deadlines
