**Job Summary**

This role directs, plans, and manages the parts service operations for dealers and customers. Responsibilities include overseeing parts inventory, maintaining optimal stock levels, and supervising the Parts team to ensure prompt and efficient transactions. The role serves as a key liaison between dealers, customers, and the company regarding parts, manuals, and other inquiries.

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee the Parts department to ensure high levels of dealer and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth in the Parts department.
- Collaborate with the service department and other departments to effectively support dealers.
- Use computer systems to identify forklift and material handling parts for dealers and technicians, including creating and managing spreadsheets and databases.
- Maintain adequate stock levels to maximize initial fill rates while achieving defined inventory turnover goals.
- Compile and provide recommended parts lists for dealers.
- Manage daily parts operations, including processing work orders and coordinating with the Service department.
- Collaborate with factory counterparts to address and amend inaccuracies in parts manuals.
- Build and maintain an effective Parts team through recruitment, training, development, and fair treatment of employees.
- Meet regularly with the Service team to ensure proper stocking levels, identify new opportunities, and enhance customer service.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the company.

**Qualifications**
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a forklift OEM or dealer Parts department.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is required to support communication with local and overseas teams.
- Strong service orientation and time management skills.
- Ability to solve complex problems and manage inventory effectively.
- Experience with inventory and parts management systems is an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Bonus
- Commission
- Weekly bonus

**Experience**:

- Parts: 5 years (preferred)
- Sales: 3 years (preferred)
- Customer service: 3 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)
