As part of our expansion plans, we are offering an Assistant Parts/Store Manager traineeship. An excellent opportunity to join a highly motivating team and assisting our Parts/Store Manager in driving the growth of the business.

**Responsibilities**
- Estimating, Sourcing and Ordering of parts, consumables and stock
- Assisting in a workshop environment with management and work scheduling in coordination of parts delivery
- Stock control, Inventory and Warehousing
- Assist in the management and compliance of equipment maintenance programs
- Manage compliance in WHS and company quality policies and procedures
- Assist in Leading and developing staff including training and development
- Assist in managing work flow and maintaining KPI's and targets
- Daily administrative, parts costing and estimating requirements

**About You**
- Highly motivated, reliable, and have the ability to work well in a team environment
- Willing to learn and develop from training
- Be available to work full time
- Have high regard for and quality and WHS processes
- Able to liaise with management, other staff and clients/customers
- Have basic or able to learn basic accounting knowledge
- Have the ability to resolve issues independently
- Have the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Have previous experience in the automotive trade (preferable but not essential)
- Have car drivers license
- Forklift ticket or willing to obtain( company assisted)
