**About the Role**

As a delivery driver, you will be the one responsible for overviewing and completing various drop off's and pick up's for the We Pull It team. This will be a Monday-Friday position starting at 9am every morning and finishing once the required deliveries are completed (usually 4-6 hours for the time being, this will increase over time due to demand)

This position requires a highly collaborative team member with the capability of working independently, in order to serve our large customer base to the best of their capabilities. A good knowledge of makes models and parts of cars is encouraged within this position

**Weekly / Daily Duties**
- Doing deliveries & drop off's in and around the Melbourne Metro / Gippsland area
- Collecting any items that may be required by staff throughout your day
- Organising a delivery run based on priority and suburb with the team to ensure deliveries are completed in the best specific time frame
- Loading and unloading the delivery vehicle before & after each trip

**Other Duties**
- Assisting the team with any warehouse requirements they may have
- To assist the parts pulling team when necessary and if required

**Management - Continual improvement**
- Constantly searching for warehouse and logistic improvements, conveying to Management team
- Constantly hunting for Culture and Process Improvements for the company, and ensuring the correct steps are taken to report so that action can be made
- Assisting team in any training gaps, and asking for assistance wherever required
