**About the Role**

As a Sales Assistant, you are required to service our customers that visit our site day-to-day in the Self-Serve Yard. This includes working with and assisting these customers along their visit to Jollys so that we can achieve the best journey possible for everyone that enters our premises

This position requires a highly collaborative team member with the capability of working independently, in order to serve our large customer base to the best of their capabilities. A good knowledge of makes models and parts of cars is vital in this position

As Jollys is a 7 day per week business, This staff member must carry the ability to work weekends and public holidays on a rotating roster

**Weekly / Daily Duties**
- Using your automotive parts knowledge to advise and assist our customers with any query that they may have
- Maintaining a clean and organised workspace and showroom, and having the ability to spot gaps and resolving those issues.
- Completing a list of daily requirements within the workspace, in order to achieve correct maintenance of product and workplace.

**Responsibilities**
- Scanning In vehicles in yard / Scanning out vehicles
- Putting stock into the system and advertising in the showroom
- Transferring stock between yards
- Ability to order product for the showroom
- Ensuring that showroom is constantly full of product for sale

**Management - Continual improvement**
- Constantly searching for retail and showroom improvements, conveying to Management team and taking necessary steps to ensure actioned.
- Searching for any lapses in training and ensuring staff are refreshed within certain procedures to upkeep quality control.
